Professional Career

French painter of Polish origin, graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts (1973). Lives in France, gradually working as an illustrator, art director and poster artist. Nominated for a César for his poster for ‘Le Grand Bleu’. Collaborated with : J.Beineix, Bertolucci, Branagh,Taviani, Wajda, Tarkovsky, Skolimowski.
Winner of artistic competitions, Member and President of Jury of numerous events in the world of the arts.
He now devotes his time exclusively to easel painting.

Artistic approach

His paintings add a very special and relevant note to the landscape of contemporary art. They are remarkable for their singularity, their demand for perfect execution and their poetry. Andrzej Malinowski plays on the notes of the Imaginary, the Symbol and the Secret. He persists in his Return to eternal cultural and spiritual references. The characters in his paintings emerge from dreamlike landscapes, captivating us with their looks and gestures.

Recent exhibitions

- Expositions : Octobre 2022, La Galerie « Dom Sztuki » à Rzeszow (Pologne ) une exposition personnelle « RETOURS » .
- Il participe dans les Salons et les Expositions parisiennes , notamment les Salons des Artistes Français, Salons d'Automne et Comparaisons.
Il a fait partie du groupe « Maxiréalistes » ensuite du groupe international visio-onirique « LIBELLULE » de Lucas Kandl de 2015 au 2019. Durant cette période ses tableaux sont exposés à Prague, Bratislava, Wroclaw, Chaumont etc.
- De novembre 2008 à mars 2009 – Le Centre Lartigue, Musée d'Art National Louis Senlecq à L'Isle Adam une rétrospective individuelle d'une soixantaine d’œuvres.
- En permanence dans les Galeries Marciano .
